Why Courts Matter
Pennsylvania voters are powerful! We elect all of our judges and justices in partisan elections. Pennsylvania courts can protect our rights and freedoms.
Who We Are
We help everyday Pennsylvanians understand their government —
and help empower our communities to take part in it.
The New PA Project Education Fund is a non-partisan organization led by community leaders across the Commonwealth. We center Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color, immigrant communities, the justice-impacted, and the youth (under 35)—with intention—as they are the least represented and most impacted by decisions our government is making.
